1. Collection of unclaimed amount i.e dividend, deposit, Demand draft and others.
2. Payment of yearly rental for Safe Deposit Box (SDB) facility. Those who have not operated their SDB till now are requested to contact our Thimphu and Phuentsholing Branch offices.
3. Account holders whose accounts (savings & current) have not been operated for more than a year are requested to kindly activate/regularize your account as these account would be treated as dormant if it is not updated”
