4 Executive 2 General graduates but preference shall be given to those with business backgrounds (Diploma in Financial Management) Minimum of 60% in Diploma, 60%  (English + Best four subjects) in XII and X Nu. 22,338 +25% HRA+ Fixed Corporate Allowance of Nu. 12,286.00 and other allowances as per the HR Policy of the Bank.
5 Associate 4 Xll passed with any background (Science/Commerce/Arts) Minimum of 60% (English + Best four subjects) in XII and X Nu. 16,364 +25% HRA+ Fixed Corporate Allowance of Nu. 9000.00 and other allowances as per the HR Policy of the Bank

*The candidates should have completed the course through regular class(distance education will not be accepted).

*The candidates should have completed their education from a college/university recognized by Bhutan Accreditation Council.

Shortlisting Criteria shall be as follow:

Position Stage 1
Assistant Manager Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:6 (for every slot, 6 candidates are to be shortlisted for next round of selection, that is the Aptitude test).

20% (of which 5% will strictly be allocated for course relevancy marking) of  Degree plus 15% of Xll plus 10% of X

Executive Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:6

20% (of which 5% will strictly be allocated for course relevancy marking) of  Diploma plus 15% of Xll plus 10% of X

Associate Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:6

25% of Xll plus 20% of X

Bhutanese candidates who meet the above criteria can submit the application and relevant documents to Human Resources and Administration (HRA) Department, Corporate Office  latest by Friday, 13 October 2023 . The shortlisted  candidates will be notified for the aptitude test(written test) through phone call/email/website.
