*The candidates should have completed the course through regular class(distance education will not be accepted).

Shortlisting Criteria shall be as follow:

Assistant Manager | Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:6 (for every slot, 6 candidates are to be shortlisted for next round of selection, that is the Aptitude test).
20% (of which 5% will strictly be allocated for course relevancy marking) of Degree plus 15% of Xll plus 10% of X |
Executive | Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:6
20% (of which 5% will strictly be allocated for course relevancy marking) of Diploma plus 15% of Xll plus 10% of X |
Associate | Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:6
25% of Xll plus 20% of X |
Bhutanese candidates who meet the above criteria can submit the application and relevant documents to Human Resources and Administration (HRA) Department, Corporate Office latest by Friday, 13 October 2023 . The shortlisted candidates will be notified for the aptitude test(written test) through phone call/email/website.
