We are pleased to announce that the Royal Monetary Authority has approved the following which was endorsed during the 27th Annual General Meeting of shareholders of NBL held on 15th March 2023.

  • Dividend of 13.8% (Nu 1.38 per share @face value Nu. 10.00) for 2022

  • Issuance of bonus share @ 1:4 (for every 4 shares held, 1 bonus share)

Dividend for the year 2022 will be paid as per shareholders list as of 24.03.2023

For the above, the RECORD DATE has been fixed on 24th March 2023.
All shareholders are requested to update the TP and deposit account number so that the dividend amount can be directly credited to your respective account
Those shareholders who have deposit account with other banks may please submit their claim for dividend payment by submitting Name, CID Number, Account Number, Bank and Branch Name and TP number to any of our offices
