NOMINATION FOR BOARD DIRECTOR

1. Shareholders who wish to apply for the position of the Board of Director in Bhutan National Bank must submit the following:

A. Nomination by at least 5 shareholders (Nomination Form)
B. Consent to Act as Director.

2. Shareholders who wish to nominate a person to the position can submit the nomination form.

3. If there are more than one candidate, the AGM shall elect a director based on the rules prescribed by the Corporate Regulatory Authority.

4. The final appointment shall be subject to the issuance of a No Objection Letter by the Royal Monetary Authority.

All completed documents must be submitted within 16th of April 2026.
