We are pleased to announce that Royal Monetary Authority has approved a dividend of 10% (Nu 1.00 per share) for 2018 and issuance of bonus share of 1:5 (one bonus share for every 5 held) which was approved during the 7th Extra ordinary General Meeting of shareholders of BNBL held on 05.04.2019.
The RECORD DATE has been fixed on 16.04.2019.
All shareholders are requested to update the TPN and deposit account number so that the dividend amount can be directly credited to your respective account.
Those shareholders who have deposit account with other banks may submit their claim for dividend payment by submitting Name, CID Number, Account Number, Bank, Branch Name and TPN number to any of our offices.
