			Drive bank’s marketing strategy
Contract Tenure:	4 Years	3.5 Years	3 Years
Salary and Benefits:	Starting Base Salary: Nu. 107,091
	Starting Allowances: Nu. 101,599
	Staff incentive loans amounting up to Nu. 11.5 million. Conditions apply.

Education and Experience:	A minimum Bachelor's degree is required. Should have at least 15 years work experience, out of which at least 5 years’ experience leading a department or organization.
