All active BNB MPay users with minimum 10 monthly MPay transactions in 2022 will automatically qualify for the draw. New MPay users in 2023 till April 29th 2023 will also automatically qualify for the draw.

Winners will be selected at random based on the above criteria. The draw will be held at the conference hall of BNB Head Office in the presence of the management team. Winners will be notified by phone and also announced on BNB social media handles.
Winners will have to come in person to claim their prize from BNB Head Office, Thimphu. Failure to claim the prize within 12th May 2023 will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event the winner is out of the country, the bank will verify the location of the winner and the winner may send an authorized representative to collect the prize on his/her behalf.

Since the Samsung A14 5G mobile phones are brand new and purchased from authorized dealers in Thimphu, the bank is not liable for any warranty for the mobile phones once issued to the winners.
