Note: Bidders must register, deposit the tender fee, and submit the bid security on or before the bid submission deadline. Failure to comply will result in rejection of the submitted bid via the e-Procurement system.
Similarly, submission of the physical sample is mandatory and must be made physically within the tender submission deadline. Failure to submit the required physical sample within the specified deadline shall result in rejection of the bid.
