Request for Proposal (RFP)
Bhutan National Bank Ltd. with its Head Office at Chubachu, Thimphu plans to shift the Thimphu Branch and its extensions to BNB Olakha under Lungtenphu LAP of Thimphu Thromde. Presently the building is a shopping mall consisting of seven floors (B+G+5) with each floor measuring about
5,981.00 sft. of carpet area. Therefore, the Management of the Bhutan National Bank Ltd. (BNBL) invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from eligible Design Consultancy firms or Large Class W3 Construction Firms in Bhutan registered with the Construction Development Board (CDB) for the
works detailed below:

| Submission date | The last date of submission is 13th March 2024 (11:00 am) to the address mentioned in the Data Sheet. Any late submission will not be entertained. |
