Bhutan National Bank Limited (BNBL) would like to invite “quotation” from the registered consulting firm (Bhutanese/Non Bhutanese) having experience and capabilities for the following deliverables:
- A detailed paper on the job descriptions of all roles in the organization after the need/gap analysis
- A frame work along with working modules to band employees based on their roles.
- To band and cap employees based on the assumptions proposed
The consultancy service is expected to be completed within a period of 30 days.
The quotation must be submitted to on or before 2:00 PM on January 30, 2014 and it will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM.
