As decided in the 101st Board Meeting and the 19th AGM held on 6th March 2015, a dividend of Nu. 1.00 per share (@face value Nu. 10.00) has been declared for the year 2014 and the decision was subsequently approved by RMA.

Accordingly the Record Date has been set on 1st April 2015 for the disbursement of dividend for the year 2014. All shareholders are requested to kindly update your bank account number with RSEBL to deposit the dividend.
