We are pleased to announce that the Royal Monetary Authority has approved a dividend of 0.69%(Nu 0.069 per share) for 2019 which was approved during the 24th Annual General Meeting of shareholders of BNBL held on 28.02.2020.
The RECORD DATE has been fixed on 03.04.2020.
All shareholders are requested to update the TPN and deposit account number so that the dividend amount can be directly credited to your respective account.
Those shareholders who have deposit account with other banks may submit their claim for dividend payment by submitting Name, CID Number, Account Number, Bank, Branch Nameand TPN number to any of our offices.
