  2. Earnest money of unsucessful bidders will be refunded.
  3. An entrance fee of Nu. 200.00 to be deposited in cash in addition to the earnest money which is non- refundable.
  4. The sucessful bidder must deposit 25% of the offer including the earnest money immediately. Balance of 75% must be deposited within 10 days from the date of auction. (Non compliance will result in forfeiture of the deposit/part payment.
  5. Any decision taken by Auction Committee to accept/reject the offers without assigning any reason shall be final and binding on all concerned.
